Brief

Relay42 is a powerful platform built for AI-driven customer journeys.

The overarching goal for the company in the UK is to build awareness  among marketing professionals through innovative content and media relations.

Relay42 required a way to increase publicity among the company’s digital community and demonstrate how the company’s solutions and services empower businesses to create meaningful customer relationships, by utilising smart technology to transform fragmented interactions into seamless journey.

Approach

Suggesting a high quality content asset for use across the sales and marketing cycle, Whiteoaks began a highly-targeted crowd-sourcing project for Relay42 through a variety of social media channels, to provide unique insight into the role of technology in digital marketing in  a whitepaper format.

We identified key influencers to participate in the project and created a list of questions for the influencers to respond to.

Responses were collected through Twitter and the results were analysed and collated. The best and most relevant responses were included in the final social crowd-sourced whitepaper.

Results

The whitepaper included a range of insights from marketing influencers and industry experts which supported Relay42’s key objectives and in doing so we were able to identify upcoming marketing trends in the AI and IoT areas.

The whitepaper was hosted on a gated area of Relay42’s website to use for lead generation purposes.

Whiteoaks also created a press release based on the whitepaper, which secured coverage in top tier marketing press.

As a result of this activity, Relay42 was further positioned as a marketing technology leader in customer journey orchestration.
