Whiteoaks Promotes Susan Richter to Head of Content

13 September 2016 The Whiteoaks Consultancy has promoted Susan Richter to head of content in a newly-created role to spearhead the agency’s content creation services.

Susan, who has been with Whiteoaks since 2013 and has 15 years of experience in marketing and technical writing, will provide strategic advice across the client base, as well as mentor the agency’s existing in-house specialist technology writers and other team members.

Whiteoaks CEO James Kelliher said: “We are delighted that Susan has taken up this hugely important position within the company. In the PR game, content has always been king, but leveraging these assets across multiple channels has never been more important.

“We absolutely believe in promoting from within and are confident that our hugely-desirable content creation services will continue to go from strength-to-strength.”

Through its specialist team of in-house writers, Whiteoaks drafts all client copy, ranging from press releases and articles, to in-depth whitepapers and bid management reports.

Prior to joining Whiteoaks, Susan had a varied career in PR and marketing, writing for global clients across industries, including engineering, automation, mining, IT, retail and gaming.
